Richard has gone above and beyond to help me source the best apartment through COVID restrictions and being out of states. He is a decent guy and met me at the apartment so I could move in on a Sunday night as I flew in from Howard Springs straight from the airport! What a legend! I wish they were all like him ❤️🙏 always available and helpful if needed. I hope his landlords know how professional he is and do an amazing job for them, as opposed to a few others in the area. If any landlords are doubting their current agent.. give Richard a go.. I’m a landlord myself, so understand the importance of good relationships with tenants whist doing the best for the landlords. A+

I was quite anxious while apartment hunting as it would have been my first time moving into an apartment all by myself, but Richard's outstanding hospitality and composed nature made it all so easy and rewarding. Richard manages my rental property. He has always been available, responsive and helpful with any query or problem I have approached him about. When I wanted recently to change the window coverings, Richard went out of his way to research products and talk to installers often meeting them at my property. He spent time and effort and was patient with my queries. The result was great. I would recommend Richard as by far the best manager I have dealt with.

We were moving from Melbourne to Sydney at a time when Covid clusters were emerging/around the time of Christmas and Richard was extremely responsive and helpful in helping us find a place. He relieved a lot of stress by being readily available for inspections. Through honest and constant communication he made it extremely manageable to lock in our place in Glebe. I would highly recommend getting in touch with this agency and Richard if you are looking to secure accommodation in the future.

Richard was an absolute delight to deal with whilst we were looking for a rental property. He went well out of his way to accommodate showing my partner and I as well as researching and resolving any issues or concerns we had. Although we were accepted for another property, we cannot express how impressed we were with his customer service given how many agents we had met during our search. If you are lucky enough to rent through Richard, know you are in very good hands!

Richard is the first agent I have dealt with in finding a property to rent. So far the experience has been very positive and has made the dreaded move that bit easier with helping us sort adhoc things as the arise, checking that we have settled etc.He is super responsive and you can tell that he cares a lot about the tenants as well as ensuring the property he is managing is well looked after and respected. Very committed to what he does and so far appears that he does that very well!

I have dealt with many agents in the past and have to say Richard's skillset, customer service and professionalism are second to none!!He has secured me a good tenant in this difficult Covid environment in no time, despite the fact there was another identical apartment for lease in the same block (with a different agent), which is still on the market :)The agent does make a difference and if you want to go with the best one, you have just found him - look no further and call Richard!!

Richard’s personal Servce, attention to detail and ability to get to the root of the issue can’t be overstated. Fire over 3 years Richard has shown me repeatedly that he’s not in it for the money. He truly has his clients interest at heart whether a tenant or landlord, I can attest to that as I’m a tenant and he looks after my property. Richard showed us an apartment in a prestigious CBD building. He was thoroughly professional and gave us ample opportunity to ask questions and look at the facilities. His knowledge of the apartment far exceeded most other rental agents we have come across. Many other agents we have dealt with do not know the specifics of the very apartment they are showing us, so his service was unique and very valuable. I highly recommend his services.

I have known Richard for years as he has managed a property for us in Drummoyne, successfully negotiating through a difficult tenancy and final an eviction, recovering all monies owed. We have another investment property in Normanhurst. I contracted a local agent to let the property, exclusively. It remained un-let for 6 weeks, despite a 10% rent reduction. I called Richard for his advice, not realising he would be interested in letting the property for us in Normanhurst. He reviewed the property, suggested some low cost improvements and re-advertised, with a strategic approach, targeting specific tenant persona.. The property was let within a week and a half!! I can't speak highly enough of Richard's dedication, passion, proactiveness and customer focused approach.

Richard was exceptional when we applied for the house and moved in. He constantly kept us up to date, was easy to contact. Even arranged to meet us before our move in date so we could measure up for furniture. On the day we moved in he ran us through equipment in the house and how to use it, and even left us a moving in gift! It has been a very smooth and easy transition when moving can be a stressful experience. Thanks Richard!
