Richard is really professional and approachable，working hard on holidays and after hours and responding promptly to every single question，he carefully looks into every problem and give plans that best save my money，honeat and trustfull，not sure if he as any employees，hope that his employees will be as good as he is carrying his client~centered spirit.I am here again to update my comment in 2025，Richard had helped me to lease out multiple propertiies，offering professional advices when I was selling properties even I did not hire him for selling，he sticks to his moral n ethical principles，he is far more than just a agent to his client， he is a true friend，a guy with high intelligence，huge sense of responsibility，caring nature and a good heart，I know it s awkward to say but I have to admit it that l nearly had a crush on him😅，my goodness

I had a fantastic experience with Richard. The quality of the property I inspected was excellent, which was refreshing after inspecting many properties that did not look like the photos advertised. Richard was incredibly transparent throughout the process and commitment to customer service is evident. His responses to all my questions were timely, friendly and helpful. It’s clear he cares about his clients and goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth and positive experience. I look forward to working with him in the future. Highly recommend!

I never thought I'd leave a 5 star review for a property manager/realtor! I have no hesitation though when it comes to Richard. He understands that treating people well is good business but I didn't get the feeling it was just that. He's a genuinely nice fella who understands how to treat people. Thanks heaps Richard. I’ve been renting for 15 years in a different property & had a great relationship with the managing agent there & didnt think i’d find another place i could call home. I was weary & scared to move properties as a newly single parent but have been so pleasantly surprised at the nurturing service I’ve been given by Richard Adamski since moving into this new townhouse. Richard is the most sincere realtor I have ever encountered - hands down.Richard brings the element of being 'human' too, to every chat. An element that is easily forgotten in this line of work.I would not even consider it 'dealing' with Richard when needing to reach out for something, its just so easy as he is responsive, communicative and clear. Having used a few other of the bigger companies for renting out our property in the past, you can't even compare how much better Richard (Authentic Property Management) is. To say he goes the extra mile is an under statement. He _literally_ went out of his way to procure and deliver heaters when the heating was acting up for our poor tenants. Don't go with anyone else!

I've had a wonderful experience dealing with Richard from APG. From the outset he was courteous, friendly, and professional to a fault. His communication was always speedy and he helped me lease my apartment in a short space of time, and secured a higher rent than I had been expecting. His fees are fair and his service is top notch. Highly recommend giving him a call, I am extremely happy with his services. It's rare to find a great agent but Richard certainly fits the bill!

Richard Adamski is a very attentive and thoughtful realtor who works hard to make sure that his tenants are well looked after. I have been travelling around Australia for the last 4.5 years and my length of stay in each area is approx. 18months. I always choose fully furnished rentals as this makes my travels easier. Richard has been a pleasure to deal with from the very start. He has helped me find a great affordable and conveniently located apartment and has been extremely professional, courteous and friendly with all interactions. There were a number of issues that I brought up after moving into the property and these were dealt with promptly. Richard is one of those rare breeds of estate agents that actually care about their tenants and will try his hardest to make sure that you are happy with your home. He is more than happy to pay in person visits to look at any possible issues and will discuss possible solutions with you. Richard is a true gentleman estate agent who not only makes you feel listened to and acknowledged but also makes you feel safe and looked after. I cannot recommend Richard Adamski highly enough.

My experience renting through Authentic Property Management has been absolutely fantastic from the time I first enquired about the property. Richard is a pleasure to deal with and has always been prompt with any requests that have been put through. He is extremely personable and has gone above and beyond what I would even expect to be within his scope as a property manager to help me out with any issue relating to my tenancy.I've rented extensively in many cities and up until now I'd not had a property manager who has ever made me feel respected or valued as a tenant. I feel more than just another number on a giant list of properties.I could not recommend Richard highly enough. Extremely professional and a delight to deal with. An asset to the real estate industry.

I've worked with about 6 real estate agents over the time I've leased different properties. From that experience I've realised they don't care about you, the renter, all they care about is themselves and the landlord.So far, my experience with Authentic PM has been vastly different. My agent, Richard, has been gloriously easy to deal with, and very helpful. I've raised a few issues about the property I'm currently renting, but all have been dealt with fairly and quickly.This real estate certainly lives up to its name, and it feels like they legitimately care about the renters. That's more than can be said for 90% of RE places. I highly recommend this RE for renters, and I hope all agents here have the same mindset as Richard.

Richard has gone above and beyond to help me source the best apartment through COVID restrictions and being out of states. He is a decent guy and met me at the apartment so I could move in on a Sunday night as I flew in from Howard Springs straight from the airport! What a legend! I wish they were all like him ❤️🙏 always available and helpful if needed. I hope his landlords know how professional he is and do an amazing job for them, as opposed to a few others in the area. If any landlords are doubting their current agent.. give Richard a go.. I’m a landlord myself, so understand the importance of good relationships with tenants whist doing the best for the landlords. A+

Richard manages my rental property. He has always been available, responsive and helpful with any query or problem I have approached him about. When I wanted recently to change the window coverings, Richard went out of his way to research products and talk to installers often meeting them at my property. He spent time and effort and was patient with my queries. The result was great. I would recommend Richard as by far the best manager I have dealt with.

We were moving from Melbourne to Sydney at a time when Covid clusters were emerging/around the time of Christmas and Richard was extremely responsive and helpful in helping us find a place. He relieved a lot of stress by being readily available for inspections. Through honest and constant communication he made it extremely manageable to lock in our place in Glebe. I would highly recommend getting in touch with this agency and Richard if you are looking to secure accommodation in the future.

Richard is the first agent I have dealt with in finding a property to rent. So far the experience has been very positive and has made the dreaded move that bit easier with helping us sort adhoc things as the arise, checking that we have settled etc.He is super responsive and you can tell that he cares a lot about the tenants as well as ensuring the property he is managing is well looked after and respected. I have dealt with many agents in the past and have to say Richard's skillset, customer service and professionalism are second to none!!He has secured me a good tenant in this difficult Covid environment in no time, despite the fact there was another identical apartment for lease in the same block (with a different agent), which is still on the market :)The agent does make a difference and if you want to go with the best one, you have just found him - look no further and call Richard!!

Authentic Property, what can I say except dealing with Richard has been a complete nightmare. Richard has been unprofessional in managing our property and decided to abandon his obligations as an agent when the tenant moved out and due to the stress of dealing with the difficult tenant, he ended his managing agent agreement without completing what he was paid for in monthly fees. Needless to say, further action is being taken against Authentic Property for negligence in duties.If I could give negative stars, I would. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE.
